Marissa Solis
Marissa Solis is responsible for the investment decisions at SolViz Capital LLC as well as overseeing the general operations. Marissa has worked in real estate for over 30 years. Her experience includes owning and operating NELA Development LLC, a residential and commercial development company, being a broker owner at Keller Williams, as well as owning her own property management company S&L Management. She specializes in acquisition, disposition and financial evaluation. Through her company NELA Development, Marissa has bought and sold over 450 properties.

Edward Solis is responsible for the overseeing the general operations at SolViz Capital LLC. Edward's experience in real estate includes leading the construction and design team at his company NELA Development making sure the renovations are appealing to the market as to maximize the sales price of the properties. His experience in real estate investments goes back over 30 years. Previously he worked at Improvest, another real estate company where he was responsible for market research, acquisitions, and managing property rehabilitations.
James Solis specializes in real estate acquisitions with a primary focus on single family projects and developments. He has been working in the NELA Development business acquiring and underwriting properties prior to joining the SolViz Capital team. James has extensive knowledge of the different real estate markets and will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting the investment decisions.
Johnanthan Bar specializes in multi-unit development and single family acquisitions. Johnathan has been in real estate for over 10 years with NELA Development. He is a master at analyzing single family rehabilitation projects and has been working with the city for years. acacquisitions with a primary focus on single family projects and developments. He has been working in the NELA Development business acquiring and underwriting properties prior to joining the SolViz Capital team. James has extensive knowledge of the different real estate markets and will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting the investment decisions.
